16th Annual Analeh Holiday Toy Drive
Your generosity made this year’s Analeh Holiday Toy Drive, held at the Hartford Hospital Educational Resource Center a heartwarming success. We couldn’t have done it without friends like you and our incredible community. Because of you, the spirit of giving is alive and well—and we’re so grateful for your continued support.

For 15 years, this toy drive has brought joy to more than 6,000 children and teens across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, thanks to 60 regional nonprofit partners. And this year, you helped us keep that tradition going strong!
Here’s what your kindness made possible in 2025:
-
Nearly 500 children will celebrate Christmas with a toy or gift card.
-
81 gift cards gathered through the December 6 toy drive and two special events—Analeh Christmas in August at SCOW and a committee member’s birthday celebration. Cards ranged from $10 to $40.
-
Over $1,000 in donations through the United Way of Central and Northeastern CT donation site.
A special shout-out to our friends at Bristow Middle School, Focus Book Villegas/Hartford Multinational Lions Club, and the Edgewater Circle Club for hosting their own collections and supporting the drive. And of course, thank you to everyone who donated through United Way of Central and Northeastern CT—you made a huge difference!

Our partner organizations shared their gratitude too
Mercy Housing/My Sisters’ Place, Hartford:
Your generosity brought cheer and hope to children who’ve faced homelessness and instability. You made the magic of the holidays real for them.
West Haven Early Childhood Program:
We can’t thank you enough for the joy these toys will bring to our kids.
The Care Center, Holyoke:
Your kindness means more than you know. These gifts are moments of joy, relief for parents, and reminders that our community truly cares.
We also want to celebrate the talented youth who performed at our December 6 event—Charter Oak Cultural Center Ballet Dance Group, Rising Stars Indian Dance Academy, SCOW Mariachi Los Laureles del Monte, and Springfield Academy of the Arts. You made the day unforgettable!
And to our amazing sponsors and supporters—AARP-CT, United Healthcare, Hartford Hospital, Liberty Bank, SINA, UConn Puerto Rican Studies, The Village for Families and Children, Merrick & Associates, Juniper Homecare, De Castro Foden Law Firm, BuzzEngine, CHFA, CHRO, CRT, Piolyn Restaurant, Guambra’s Grill, Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, HEDCo, Hispanic American Cultural Council, Hartford Multinational Lions Club, United Way of Central and Northeastern CT, Posta Studio, and Vargas & Mesta Accounting Services—thank you for standing with us.
